How to Book
Online bookings are made directly with Sipadan Diving Vacation.
You choose a resort from our web site and submit an availability form. Once dates
and availability have been confirmed, the property can be held for 3 days if time
is required to book flights. Once a booking form has been received, your places
will be held for 14 days awaiting deposit. On payment of the deposit,
the booking will be confirmed. You will also be advised of the balance and due date.
On receipt of full payment (not less than 30 days before your arrival date to Sabah)
all details such as nationality, passport number, diver certification level, gender,
whether travelling single or as a couple, flight details, transfers, and hotels
needed in Sabah. Additional tours and anything else you wish us to arrange for you.
Booking and Payment
There is a 30% deposit payable on booking. The deposit must be made within 14 days
of your initial booking. Otherwise your booking will be cancelled without notice.
The balance is payable 30 days before your arrival date to Sabah. If a booking is
made 30 days or less before your arrival to Sabah, full payment is required on your
booking. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable to other dates.
Payment by Telegraphic Transfer
Payment is by Telegraphic Transfer (TT). When making payment, please let us know
the details of the remittance slip for our record and advise us the date of sending.
All charges of the bank transactions will be borne by the sender.
Please also indicate your name and the dates of your trip as well.

Cancellations
In the event of cancellation, the following cancellation charges applies:

Unused Services
No refund will be made for any part of the diving trip, transfers, side tours, hotels,
meals, flights, and others not utilized by you once the trip has departed from their
place of origin.
Conditions for Diving
Liability / Release Form (Waiver)
All guests will be required to sign a Liability / Release Form (Waiver) before or
upon arrival and abide by all diving and safety rules of the resort.
Weather Conditions
The resorts operate diving all year round but cannot predict the weather conditions.
The resorts will not promise perfect weather even during the best diving season.
Diver Training
If you are a diver, you will be required to show proof of diver training from an
internationally recognized Diver Training Agency upon arrival or you will not be
allowed to dive without taking a dive course. The resorts reserves the right to
require a Scuba Skills Refresher Course for any diver who cannot provide proof of
diving in the last 12 months and / or exhibits uncertainty in their skills. Bringing
along your log books are highly recommended.
